City Floors is one of the most experienced commercial flooring and carpet contractors in the Washington D.C. metro area (Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia). We are recognized for our quality of workmanship, service and on-time performance. Combined, our three owners have more than 80 years of knowledge and experience in the carpet and flooring industry.
 
We specialize in high-end, Class A buildings, often occupied by prominent law firms, national associations, and world-renowned consulting firms. Most work is on tenant-occupied sites, and we work with owners to avoid disruption as much as possible.

As a member of the Re:Source Flooring Network, City Floors can supply products and labor throughout most of the country. By working with our member dealers and suppliers we are able to guarantee the work no matter where it is performed.

We recognize the need in today’s market to be environmentally conscious, and City Floors is able to provide all documents related to LEED registered projects (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). To further ensure we do our part, we use only LEED compliant adhesives and promote sustainable business practices, with the simple goal of eliminating waste that would otherwise be sent to landfills.
